Service Description
For Follow-Ups only, all other treatments and services come with a complementary consultation with Nurse Leah. Botox follow-up appointments must be booked between 2-3 weeks after receiving treatment. If booking beyond 3 weeks, complementary Botox touch-ups can no longer be offered and full price will apply for any additional units needed. Filler clients, please allow a minimum of three weeks post-treatment for follow-ups regarding touch-ups as the healing process is not complete prior to 3 weeks and true results are not present in the early healing stages.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the nurse's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged 50% of the booked service fee to the credit card on file. If your appointment was secured via deposit, and less than 48 hours notice was given , the deposit will be lost.
