Modifying or Cancelling Your Existing Appointment 

If you need to change your existing appointment, you may do so by logging into your profile. To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance of your booked time-slot, as per our Cancellation Policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the nurse's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged $100 to the credit card on file. If your appointment was secured via deposit, and less than 48 hours notice was given, the deposit will be lost.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased. However, if you're unable to attend a scheduled treatment that was paid for in full, we’re happy to issue store credit with no expiration date. This credit can be used toward any future services or products, giving you the freedom to redeem it at your convenience.
